We struggled a bit with our car last year so we really came with a different philosophy and the car was much improved in yesterdays practice sessions. We tried a few things, got comfortable and just tuned it from there. Pretty promising day for the Darrell Lea STIX car. Today we have 2 short races so its all about qualifying, if you can start up front it makes your day so much easier. Both cars got to the finish, on the lead lap, in the Top 15.
Date: September 13-15 Circuit Length: 3.104km Driver's Results: Jonathon Webb & Marc Lieb Race 28 Position: 13th Driver's Results: Shane Van Gisbergen & Jeroen Bleekemolen Race 28 Position: 12th Event Highlights: Both of our international co-drivers Marc Lieb and Jeroen Bleekemolen working hard to learn the cars, without having a single test prior to the race weekend. Their pace was extremely encouraging in the lead-up to the Bathurst 1000.
